I haven’t received confirmation of payment – what should I do?
Email receipts with confirmation of payment are automatically sent out from Thrivecart, so if you can’t see an email in your inbox, do check your spam folder.
How do I know what my login details are?
Your login details are the username and password you used to sign up with. If you’ve forgotten your password you can re-set it using the ‘Lost your password’ link.
How do I find the members’ area?
The members’ area is located at www.dinabehrman.com/member-login. You can also navigate to this by clicking on ‘Members Login’ from the website’s main menu
My username/password isn’t working, what should I do?
Try searching your inbox to find the email from email@example.com and double check you’re entering the correct details. Make sure you check the box next to ‘remember me’ to stay logged in.
Ok, I’ve tried that and it’s still not working…
Try clearing your cache and logging in again, or try loading the members’ page in a different browser.

On the login page there is a small check box next to the words ‘remember me’. Tick the box to make sure you stay logged in.

Try downloading www.videolan.org, which allows you to view almost any kind of media file.
